College students know how stressful life can be especially during exam time and assignment and project deadlines. Many students juggle school, work, family, friends etc. and find that their days are packed. Stress sometimes is unavoidable but according to many College of the Desert (COD) students, there are ways to help de-stress.
Music is something that many students use to help them get through their hectic days. There are many scientific studies that have proven some benefits of listening to music for stress.
