Champagne is definitely a must, but you can now spice up your bubbly by combining it into a champagne margarita! All you need are the following ingredients:
- 1/2 c. fresh lime juice
- 1 c. silver tequila
- 1/2 c. orange liquer
- 1 bottle champagne (about 3 cups)
- lime wedges, for rim
- salt, for rim
Add the lime juice, tequila, orange liquor and champagne together and stir it well. Run the lime around the rim of each champagne flute and dip it in coarse salt. Pour the drinks in and dress it up by placing the lime wedges on the rim.
If you are planning on getting the most out of your night, this easy-to-make Vodka-Espresso Cocktail may be for you.
You will need the following ingredients:

- 1 oz. cold espresso
- ½ oz. Tia Maria
- ½ oz. Kahlúa Especial
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake and strain into a martini glass (or three shot glasses).
The Chaparral wishes everybody a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
