Carl Schoemig, Assignment Editor and Staff Reporter
Carl is an international student from Germany at College of the Desert, receiving his Associates degree in Mass Communication in Fall 2022. He is a returning student at COD, after graduating with an Associates Degree in Studio Arts, he made his first writing experiences at Palm Springs Life Magazine. He covered art and cultural events while he did optional practical training. He plans to transfer to Cal State University San Bernardino next year. Beside art in all its facets Carl enjoys hiking and photography.
