From March 13-18, El Paseo Fashion Week took over The Gardens on El Paseo in Palm Desert, featuring new spring and summer collections from designers including Trina Turk, Kevan Hall and Charles Harbison.
The event featured cocktail receptions, live performances and pop-up shops, where attendees gathered to socialize, take photos and browse. Many guests who attended the show shared their thoughts on the experience.
“It gives you a lot of ideas because you see so many different things every year it’s something new,” said guest Alyssa Bracamonte. “It gives you inspiration for the future. You can incorporate different styles and colors.”
“It was really fun. I’ve heard a lot about it, but I’ve never been to a fashion show, and it was more than I expected. It was pretty cool!” said Liverty Blount.
“One of my friends is walking! I loved seeing her up there. She did great — she looked amazing!” Blount added.
The fashion week introduced themes such as “Blossom,” “The Magic of El Paseo” and “Instituto Marangoni Miami,” creating an ambiance that felt both lively and refined. The space was filled with a warm, afterparty energy, where vibrant colors, soft lighting and upbeat music created an atmosphere that felt effortlessly social and inviting. Models walked the runway in fierce, elegant, chic and sophisticated looks.
The Miami theme was perhaps the most prominent of the week, taking place on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 2026. Bright pieces stood out not only on the runway, but in the crowd as well green was the hit color of the evening.

“Miami was one of the biggest themes for tonight, so I thought of Miami vibes and bright colors green, blue, pink so I chose a glowing pink dress,” said attendee Yunun Cerano. “Besides watching the show and seeing how models accessorize and put looks together, I think the most beautiful part is seeing how everyone feels confident and comfortable in their own skin. It’s not necessarily about what they’re wearing, but more so how they wear it and how happy they are to be here. That’s something I take with me every day,” she continued.
Switching up what people wear with the seasons and staying on brand with themes, further comments about guest attire emerged after the runway shows:
“I got help from a friend, but I wanted to aim for spring prints, something flowy and a little whimsical,” said Liverty Blount.
“I’m wearing a lot of ruffles, big chunky boots, and I’m surprised that it turned out well!” said Bethany Lopez.
“It’s chic, a little bit different and out there. I actually made this shirt myself and decided to pair it with a black denim skirt,” said fashion student Andrea Soda.
“My outfit was inspired by my birthday and also St. Patrick’s Day, so I wanted to do something festive and colorful!” said Mia London, whose daughter walked the runway.
El Paseo Fashion Week was more than a runway show; it was a celebration of style, creativity and self-expression. From the curated themes and vibrant designs to the lively yet elegant environment, attendees and models brought the event to life by coming together to share the experience. The week showed how fashion can inspire confidence, spark ideas and create a sense of community, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who experienced it.
